Challenge your mind, body and soul in a new kind of workout on trampolines! Led by fitness instructor, Sarah, our InsanityFIT classes are 45 minutes each in length. Each provides a full-body workout, blending muscular toning and cardio endurance amongst a variety of physical body movements on trampolines. Set forward on a fitness journey with our trained instructor guiding you along the way. Accompanied with upbeat, rhythmic music, our InsanityFIT classes will have you performing everything from high-flying jumping jacks, to core-focused planks—all while improving your overall well-being.

What to wear
Air Insanity grip socks are required. We recommended light athletic gear that allows you to move freely.
What to bring
Bring a water bottle and possible change of clothes if you prefer. We also have a concession stand equipped with a variety of drinks and snacks.
