If I completed an online waiver, do I need to print it and bring it with me?
No, you do not need to print the waiver. You will be sent an email confirming that the waiver is in our system.
Do I need to sign a waiver for my child even if I’m not jumping?
Yes, you are required to sign a waiver for your child when they are under the age of 18.
Can I use another trampoline park’s jump socks?
No, Air Insanity Jump socks are required in our park. We do offer a sock exchange where you can receive $1 Air Insanity jump socks for trading in another park’s socks.
What is the age limit at Air Insanity?
We do not have an age limit. We do require all jumpers to be 40” or taller to enjoy full access of our park for open jump. Those that are walking to under 40” tall will be restricted to our toddler zone for their safety.
Do you have something for the little ones?
We also offer TOT Time on Saturdays & Sundays from 10am – 11:30am for children under 5 years old only. We also have a designated toddler zone for the little ones during our Open Jump times.
Do I have to purchase tickets in advance?
No, you do not have to purchase tickets in advance, walk-ins are welcome. We recommend purchasing tickets in advance for weekends. If you are concerned about capacity for a specific day, give us a call.
Can I jump with my friend or child?
You may bring a friend and enjoy the park together, but you are not allowed to share a trampoline square together for your safety. Only one person per trampoline.
Is there food available at Air Insanity?
Yes, you can visit our Insanity Café, which is fully stocked with pre-packaged goods. We also offer Toppers pizza for purchase at the park through delivery.
Can I bring food or drinks into the park?
No, we do not allow outside food or drinks.
Do you have any specials?
Yes, we offer weekday specials every now and then, which you can find on our website or social media pages.
Is there a weight limit?
Yes, our trampoline weight limit is 300lbs.
What should I wear?
Your attire is up to you, but we recommend lightweight, breathable clothing for exercise purposes.
Do I need to pay if I’m not jumping?
No, you only pay if you are jumping. You are welcome to come and relax in any of our lounge and massage chairs.
Do you have a military discount?
Yes, we offer 10% off each your purchase during Open Jump with a valid I.D.
How do I book a Birthday Party?

Do you have gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards of any amount. Gift cards can be bought in-store or online.
Where can I store my belongings at the park?
We offer lockers free for your use in the park, or you can rent a lock for $3.
How do I request a donation from, or host a fundraiser with, Air Insanity?
We review donation and fundraiser requests on a case-by-case basis. You must be authorized to represent an organization and act on its behalf to request a donation, and non-profit organizations hosting a fundraiser must have a valid tax ID number. All online tickets purchased are non-refundable.
